Lodge's description made of wood from Finland, mountain style. New construction, living space of 74m² on property of 1000m². Situated in 3Km of any businesses, in 60Km of the Opal coast in France/Nord-pas-de-Calais. Living room with fireplace (wood is offered by landlord), kitchen, dining room, lounge (TV, HiFi, telephone), 1 bedroom (one 140x190 bed), 1 bedroom (two 90x200 beds), 1 convertible 140 (in first floor). Bed sheets can be rent*. Bathroom (hydro-jet shower + sauna). 1 WC. Washer. Terrace. Balcony. Garden furniture. Lawn. Parking. Fixed price for cleaning if you want.
As its name indicates, Nord-Pas-de-Calais lies in the north of France, facing the Pas de Calais, the strait separating the United Kingdom from the continent, the Channel of the North Sea. Their waters mingle between Cap Gris-Nez - the clay cliffs - and Cap Blanc-Nez - the chalk cliffs - sublime jewels of the Opal coast, named after the semi-precious stone with its iridescent, blue-tinted glints, as if shrouded in a light veil of mist. From the Belgian frontier to Picardy, the coast is one of the best preserved in France. Along its 140 kilometre length, dunes alternate with cliffs, wooded areas and ash forests, fine sandy beaches and seaside resorts.

All the rents have to be settled to the landlord at your arrival.

Pledge to be paid at your arrival into the shelter: 300 euro.
The landlord can do housework when you leave on the basis of a 38 euro fixed price (to be settled at your arrival).

Domestic garbage are collected on Tuesdays mornings.
